Lohan Has Left Rehab
Lindsay Lohan has reportedly left the Cirque Lodge Treatment Center in Utah after her extended stay in rehab.
The actress is said to have checked out of the facility with her father Michael yesterday.
He told People.com, "I will be there in her life as best I can but from here on she's going to have a lot of decisions to make on her own. Now that she is going out into the world, I can only hope for the best."
A source adds, "She's finished the program. Lindsay is done, but she may come back for out-patient treatment.
"She over-extended her stay because she wanted to. She could have been out awhile ago, but she chose to stay."

Lohan Running Wild In Rehab
Lindsay Lohan has reportedly been caught taking drugs in rehab.
The 'Mean Girls' star was allegedly forced to undergo a drugs test by staff at Utah's Cirque Lodge facility, and the results came back positive.
Lindsay, 21, has now been warned if she does not stay clean she will be thrown out of the center.
A source is quoted as saying: "Lindsay got called into the director's office on August 15 and was questioned about drugs. When ordered to take a drug test, she reluctantly complied but screamed and cursed at the medical director before storming out the room. She was told that if she couldn't conform to the program she'd have to leave."
According to reports it is not Lindsay's first indiscretion since entering Cirque Lodge earlier this month.
She is said to have been caught having sex in a toilet cubicle with a male patient, and is reportedly frequently late to meetings and refuses to do any chores or menial tasks such as washing up.
Lindsay entered the rehab center following her arrest on July 24 after she crashed her car following a high-speed car chase in Santa Monica. She was in possession of cocaine when she was taken into custody.

Lohan Get Community Service
Lindsay Lohan will not stand trial for DUI.
She just struck a deal by pleading no contest to two counts of DUI (driving with a .08 blood alcohol level or higher). By law, Lohan becomes a second offender (with two DUIs) and must serve a minimum of four days in jail. But the judge cut that in half. He ordered her to perform 10 days community service and shaved two days off her jail sentence. He also gave Lindsay on day credit for time served when she was busted. That means she gets a grand total of one day in jail.
Lohan also pleaded no contest to two counts of being under the influence of a controlled substance (two separate incidents) and reckless driving -- all misdemeanors.
The judge just said Lohan will serve 36 months probation and attend an alcohol education program for 18 months.
As for the controlled substance plea, Lohan was ordered not to use controlled substances. She's also required to enroll in a drug program. She's also required to stay for an unspecified amount of time at the Utah facility where she's currently in rehab.
Lohan was also ordered "not to associate with people with controlled substances."
On January 18, Lohan must also show she's successfully completed rehab

Lohan Is Being Sued
The passenger in the SUV that Lindsay Lohan infamously chased before being arrested for her second DUI in as many months filed a lawsuit against the 21-year-old actress on Tuesday. According to court papers obtained by Usmagazine.com, the suit alleges assault, negligence and intentional infliction of emotional distress by Lohan.
Tracie Rice, the passenger who placed the 911 call on the night in question, claims that Lohan chased her car on July 24 at 1 a.m., forcing the cars, at one point, to be "grill to grill." Rice then alleges that Lohan used her headlights to blind her and drove on the wrong side of the road. She states, "I had no idea what they wanted...we were being carjacked." She further claims that at one point, "a man got out of the SUV and ran towards our car in a threatening manner."
Rice's attorney Paul Hoffman tells Usmagazine.com, "This incident has turned my client's life around. She thought she was going to die that night. What Lindsay Lohan put those people through out there was outrageous conduct. They were forced into a high speed chase that could have resulted in death or serious injury not only to them, but to anyone on the street."

Lohan Is Out Of Rehab
After more than six weeks in rehab, Lindsay Lohan has completed her stint at Promises, PEOPLE has learned.
Lohan's rep, Leslie Sloane, gave PEOPLE this statement: "On Friday, July 13, 2007, Lindsay Lohan successfully completed her 45 days of residential and extended care treatment at Promises. She has transitioned to an intensive outpatient program, which includes attendance at daily AA meetings, outpatient therapy and daily testing. On her own, she has also made the decision in support of her sobriety to wear an alcohol monitoring bracelet. In part she is wearing the bracelet so there are no questions about her sobriety if she chooses to go dancing or dining in a place where alcohol is served."
Says Sloane of her client, "She's doing great. Lindsay is working hard on her sobriety and we are all supporting her."
The actress (who quietly turned 21 on July 2) had a chance to show off the bracelet – which she wears on her ankle – on Saturday night at Pure Nightclub in Las Vegas, where she sipped an energy drink and hung out with about ten friends. Says a clubgoer: "A lot of the attention was placed on Lindsay and she was smiling – really enjoying the evening."

Lohan On Her Way To Rehab
Lindsay Lohan is on her way back into rehab, In Touch revealed. After a wild weekend that saw her arrested for DUI early Saturday morning — and out of it in a car just two days later — she's seeking treatment.
“She finally realizes it’s the right thing to do,” a close friend of the 20-year-old actress tells In Touch exclusively. “She is going willingly.”
Lindsay is due to check into Promises in Malibu this afternoon (LA-time) In Touch has learned. That is the facility that Britney Spears entered after shaving her head.
The Georgia Rule star’s decision contrasts starkly from her behavior just last night at Teddy’s nightclub. Insiders say Lindsay was partying as hard as ever at a 944 Magazine party and kept insisting she didn’t care about the consequences of her arrest when cocaine was discovered in her wrecked Mercedes convertible.
She was later photographed seeming to be out of it in the front passenger seat of a car being driven by her friend, disc jockey Samantha Ronson.
This will be Lindsay’s second spell in rehab this year. She completed a 30-day course in the Wonderland rehab facility in Los Angeles on February 16.

Lohan Charged With DUI And Cocaine Possession
Lindsay Lohan is likely to face cocaine possession charges after the drug was found following a car crash in Beverly Hills early Saturday morning.
The Georgia Rule actress was not seriously injured in the 5.30 a.m. crash on Sunset Boulevard, but she was taken to Century City Hospital for treatment to her chest, Lt. Mitch McCann said during a press conference.
What McCann described as a "usable amount" of cocaine was recovered during the investigation.
Lindsay was driving her black Mercedes convertible when she clipped the curb and hit bushes on Sunset Boulevard. McCann said she was "quickly transported to the hospital by an associate" who was driving a different car.
Lindsay's car received "major damage," McCann said. Police charged her with DUI at the hospital, and McCann said: "additional chages may be filed."
Lindsay had been at Les Deux nightclub, and then went on to a private party in the Hollywood Hills, and to the Skybar at the Mondrian hotel, In Touch has learned.
She went home and then decided to go out again, and that is when she got into the accident at the junction of Sunset Boulevard and Foothill Drive.
The accident comes just 14 weeks after Lindsay, who at 20 is still too young to drink legally, left rehab.

A friend of the 21-year-old actress says she is spiraling out of control since rehab and revealed that Lohan: snorted 20 lines of cocaine in one night alone stripped down to a thong before inhaling the drug off a coffee table

"She carries round a water bottle to try to fool everyone into thinking she is clean but she tips the water out and refills it with vodka and soda."

The video shows her arriving at 11pm and walking round the toilets before creeping inside a cubicle.
Inside the toilet with two friends, Lohan pulls a small bag of white powder from her jeans pocket.
She dips her finger in and shoves the substance up one friend's nose before snorting some up her own.
And this was filmed just 20 days after she proudly emerged from therapy.
According to Page Six, Lohan entered after she passed out in the hallway of the Beverly Wilshire following Prince's Golden Globes after party there. A spy for Us Weekly confirmed that Lindsay "was totally out of it" at the party.

Lohan Goes Straight From Rehab Right Into The Fire
So when you get out of rehab, and you're at that delicate stage "trying" to be "sober," I don't think the first person you really want to call, and head out clubbing with is Paris Hilton. Of course, nobody told that to Lindsay Lohan.
TMZ caught the Ditsy Duo leaving Les Deux nightclub in LA on Friday night, and only a day later, Lindsay was spotted at Area nightclub. I'm sure she was just there to grab a quick coffee and read a nice book, but you know how some people might jump to conclusions.

Lohan Wants Sex And McDonalds
Rehab isn't getting rid of Lindsay Lohan's appetite for hot guys.
Usmagazine.com has learned that Lohan, 20, who entered L.A.'s Wonderland rehab center on Jan. 18 to treat her addiction issues, has been sending bachelor-about-town Brody Jenner, 23, sexy text messages for the last couple weeks.
We've eye-balled one particularly flirtatious sext-message that Lohan sent Jenner - former flame of Kristin Cavallari, Nicole Richie and Lauren Conrad - last Saturday night in which the 12-stepper, among other requests, texted that all she wanted was "McDonald's and sex."
When asked by Usmagazine.com to comment on Lohan's textual pursuit, Jenner, who just signed a deal to be a spokesman for Scope mouthwash, said, "Sorry, dude. I don't text and tell."

Tyson In Rehab With Lohan
Multiple sources reveal that Mike Tyson checked into the Wonderland Center, the same rehab facility that Lindsay Lohan is currently undergoing treatment at for her drug addictions.
The former heavyweight champ checked himself in to the center this past weekend, sources tell us, and he's already began attending outpatient "meetings" around Los Angeles, as is the facility's standard operating practice.
This is not Tyson's first attempt at sobriety. He checked into rehab in 2006 and many times before then.

Lohan Is A Quick Healer
Less than a day after surgeons removed her appendix, Lindsay Lohan was already yelling and running around on her way out of the hospital. She's one heckuva healer.
TMZ has obtained exclusive video of Lohan exiting Century Park Hospital in Los Angeles, clutching a get-well bouquet. Shocked by the waiting paparazzi, Lohan screamed for a man name "Michael," and darted back inside the building. Moments later, a mystery man pulled up in Lohan's black Mercedes, and whisked away the surgically repaired star.
And she really thought we would believe her story... Appendix, yeh sure.

Lindsay Lohan Goes For Emergancy Surgery
TMZ has confirmed that Lindsay Lohan has undergone an operation to remove her appendix.
Leslie Sloane Zelnik, Lindsay's rep, tells TMZ that Lindsay was not feeling well and went to the doctor yesterday. The doctor performed several tests and determined that Lindsay was suffering from appendicitis. Doctors asked her to return to the hospital today to remove her appendix as a precaution.
Zelnik says Lindsay is resting comfortably.
Just days ago, a healthy-looking Lohan was hanging out poolside in Miami, along with ex-boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama.
Seems Lindsay suffers from a case of bad luck around New Year's Eve. Exactly one year ago, Lohan was posted up in a Miami hospital after suffering from an asthma attack.

K-Fed Wastes No Time Hitting On Lindsay Lohan
Kevin Federline doesn’t waste time. On December 22, less than a month after ex Britney Spears partied with Lindsay Lohan, the aspiring rapper, 28, texted the actress, 20, suggesting, “We should hang out.”
But, as reported in the new issue of Us Weekly, the invite went over about as well as K-Fed's debut album.
“She was totally grossed out,” a Lohan pal tells Us.
Says another, “She thought it was hilarious.”
However, Federline didn’t appreciate Lohan’s “Why would I hang out with you?” reply.
He fired back, calling her a "firecrotch."

Lohan Gets The Jacko Treatment
Michael Jackson wasn’t the only one booed at the World Music Awards last night, Lindsay Lohan got the same treatment too.
The Mean Girls star was barracked every time she got up on stage and was forced to abandon her role as host when she fell down the stairs.
One witness told the Daily Mail: "Lindsay was devastated, she came off stage and fell, and so she had to give up. It looked incredibly painful."

Lindsay Lohan To Get Engaged?
Lindsay Lohan is getting engaged, according to reports.
The 'Mean Girls' star's boyfriend, Harry Morton, who has only been dating
Lindsay for a month, was spotted buying a diamond ring from Cartier, in
Beverly Hills, earlier this week.
An insider revealed to the New York Post newspaper: "Harry is ready to take
the relationship to another level."
The lavish purchase came just days before socialite-and-heir Harry whisked
20-year-old Lindsay off for a romantic getaway, where he is expected to pop
the question.
Since starting his relationship with Lindsay, Harry has helped the 'Mean
Girls' actress tone down her wild behaviour because he felt it was having a
negative effect on her career.
A source said: "Harry has told her not to drink so much and is trying to
calm her down."
Lindsay was due to attend the MTV Video Music Awards, in New York, yesterday

Lindsay Lohan Is A Liar
Party animal Lindsay Lohan has revealed she is constantly making up rumours to feed to the press for a laugh.
Speaking during a new interview with Elle magazine, Lohan claimed that her romantic links to numerous men including Bruce Willis, Jared Leto and Ryan Adams were all product of her own untruths.
She said: "I say things that aren't true a lot... If I was dating one person (I'd) probably tell them I was dating someone else and then I'd call my friend and be like, 'Do you mind if I say that we're dating?'
"I figure I'll #@!% with them (tabloids), because they #@!% with me"
However, despite her ‘single girl’ existence, Lohan is keen to be with a one woman guy, if she can find one: "If I'm going to give my body to someone, I'd rather them not be with other people, but I want to be able to (date) if I like someone else.

Lindsay Lohan Wants To Entertain Troops
Lindsay Lohan wants visit the troops in Iraq – accompanied by New York Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton.
"I've been trying to go to Iraq with Hillary Clinton for so long," Lohan, 20, tells Elle magazine in its September issue, according to the New York Post. "Hillary was trying to work it out, but it seemed too dangerous."
She continues, "I wanted to do what Marilyn Monroe did (during the Korean War), when she went and just set up a stage and did a concert for the troops all by herself. It's so amazing seeing that one woman just going somewhere, this beautiful sex kitten, who's basically a pinup, which is what I've always aspired to be."
Even without Sen. Clinton, Lohan is confident she can handle an Iraq trip on her own. "I'm not afraid of going," she says. "My security guard is going to take me to a gun range when I get back to L.A., and I'm going to start taking shooting lessons."
According to the Post, in the Elle interview Lohan says she's never had plastic surgery and doesn't use cocaine. But she does like to tell the press "things that aren't true … just because it's fun," she says.

Linsay Lohan Gats Dumped
Lindsay Lohan has reportedly been dropped from her UK record label Island Records after failing to travel to London for a planned promotional campaign. The album was recorded last year and now the label has shelved it and decided not to work with her again.
"A single was a huge flop over here because Lindsay couldn't be bothered to promote it. In the end they didn't even bother releasing the album in Britain. She didn't bother to come over to the UK to do interviews or make TV appearances to help sell the album. Island have now decided not to do another one with her."
Even if she had shown up the single still would've flopped. They could've spent $3 billion and hired some dancing elephants but that still wouldn't have saved it. Bad music is bad music, and Lindsay Lohan's bad music is about as bad as bad music can get.

Lindsay Lohan’s Mother Defends Her Daughter
The mother of teen queen Lindsay Lohan has hit back at the studio head who reprimanded the actress for her tardy behaviour via a letter and email.
James G Robinson, the chief executive of Morgan Creek productions sent the letter to Lohan following her stint in hospital due to ‘exhaustion’ and after she failed to show up on set of her new film ‘Georgia Rule’.
Robinson’s letter – which was posted on the SmokingGun website – read: “You and your representatives have told us that your various late arrivals and absences from the set have been the result of illness; today we were told it was 'heat exhaustion'.
We are well aware that your ongoing all night heavy partying is the real reason for your so-called 'exhaustion’.”
Calling Lohan, "discourteous, irresponsible and unprofessional,” he continued, “You have acted like a spoiled child and in so doing have alienated many of your co-workers and endangered the quality of this picture.”

Lindsay Lohan Hospitalized
Lindsay Lohan is just too hot. The 20-year-old actress was rushed to the emergency room Wednesday afternoon suffering from heat exhaustion. According to The Insider, she was taken by private car to an L.A. area hospital from the set of her new movie Georgia Rule.
“She was overheated and dehydrated,” says Lohan’s rep, Leslie Sloane-Zelnick, who adds that the starlet spent a couple of hours in the hospital after being given a Vitamin B shot. “She was filming in 105-degree weather for 12 hours,” she said.
Lohan is expected to return to the set tomorrow.
Though Lindsay was seen partying in L.A. the night before she was rushed to the hospital, friends claim she’s trying to turn over a new Lohan. A friend of the actress, 20, tells Us that Lohan’s new boyfriend, Harry Morton, 25 — who does not use alcohol or drugs — has had a profound effect on her.
“Instead of going out and partying, they go to karaoke and hang out at his house in Malibu,” the source says. “She wants to get her act together, and Harry is being a really great support system. She’s calming down and growing up.”

A witness to the events that followed said: "There were only like six tables,"
"Everyone was sharing, but Lindsay refused and began mixing it up with Puffy. His bodyguards came over and picked Lindsay up to get her out."
A Diddy source confirmed Lohan’s bad behaviour saying: "Lindsay was being so loud and obnoxious. His security became concerned and came over to escort her away."
