Casey Affleck and wife Summer Phoenix are expecting their second child.
The actor, 32, broke the big news to Entertainment Tonight.
The pair who have a son Indiana, 3 ח tied the knot last June.

Maddox Is Going French

It looks like Brangelina may be settling down in the Big Apple. Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's oldest son, Maddox, started classes this week at the Lyce Francais de New York on the Upper East Side. The superstar duo showed up on Tuesday at the pricey private school (where lessons are taught in French starting in the first grade) to drop Maddox off for his first day, insiders tell the New York Post. "They were just like normal parents," says an eyewitness.

Brad And Angelina Get Matching Tattoos

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have reportedly added to their collection of body art by getting matching tattoos during a trip to Chicago.
Rather than venture out to a tattoo parlour, the couple reportedly got needledђ at their hotel by an artist from the Chicago Tattooing Co.
A source said: "An artist from the company slipped up to the 18th floor of the Peninsula Hotel.
"He spent the better part of a day needling Angelina and Brad, and some members of staff and security team."
Chicago Tattooing Co. owner Nick Coletta refused to confirm whether or not the visit took place.
The alleged new piece is believed to be Angelinas fourteenth tattoo.

Brad Gets His Day In Court

After postponing jury duty numerous times, Brad Pitt showed up in a Los Angeles court Thursday only to be assigned to serve on a case of Driving Under the Influence of drugs. As Pitt waited in a private room for the trial to begin, the defendant decided to take the state's deal, letting the actor off the hook.
Wearing a white T, jeans, and a newsboy cap, Pitt arrived at court this morning with a book, prepared for a long day. Foregoing any photo ops, the actor parked in an underground lot and entered the courtroom via the judges' elevator.
Us has learned that Pitt was reading in peace among the people when a woman confronted him with a magazine that declared his split from Angelina Jolie, asking, "Is this true?"
At that point Pitt was moved to a private room, where an assistant brought him a Subway lunch.

Eva Sells Wedding Pics For $2 Million

Eva Longoria will receive more than $2 million from OK! magazine for exclusive coverage of her wedding, it has been reported.
The 'Desperate Housewives' actress, who is set to marry basketball star Tony Parker in a French castle in July, was also approached by America's People magazine but decided to give its rival the rights.
OK! editor-in-chief Sara Ivens said: "These were obviously highly coveted photos, and we were thrilled to negotiate the exclusive rights. Covering great moments with the celebrities that we love is what the magazine's all about."
People magazine is said to be incensed about missing out on the much sought-after deal.
A source told the New York Post newspaper: "People editors broke the story of their wedding and were working hard with Eva's reps to secure the picture rights. They were upset about losing the photos."
People magazine's coverage of the couple's reported break-up did not influence Eva's decision, it has been claimed.
Another source said: "It was entirely a matter of money, straight up to the final negotiation. Everyone wanted the photos - but everyone knows OK! will pay a lot for them."
People paid $4.1 million for the first photographs of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's daughter Shiloh.
A representative for OK! magazine refused to reveal how much Eva and Tony will receive in the deal.
Eva and Tony will tie the knot at romantic 17th century French castle Chateau Vaux-le-Vicomte, just outside Paris on July 7.

Brad’s Mom Still Visit’s Jennifer

Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt split more than two years ago – but that wasn't the end of Aniston's relationship with Pitt's parents.
In fact, on Sunday – Father's Day – Pitt's Springfield, Mo.-based mother, Jane, dropped by Aniston's Malibu home for a quick chat.
Odd that the actress is still close to her former in-laws? No way, says Pitt's brother Doug. "Jennifer is a friend of Brad's," he tells PEOPLE in its new issue. "Why wouldn't she be a friend of ours?"
This certainly wasn't the first time Aniston has connected with her ex's family – Jane and Pitt's sister Julie visited her in Chicago in 2005 while she was filming The Break-Up with future boyfriend Vince Vaughn, and Aniston told Vanity Fair she and Jane keep in regular touch.
But Aniston is hardly pining for her ex – just days before Jane's visit, she had another VIP guest: her new beau, British model Paul Sculfor, who stopped by on June 15.

Angelina Has It All

The looks, the gorgeous husband, the perfect kids, and now there is proof that she really is a wonderful person!
Angelina Jolie took pity on a member of the paparazzi on Thursday, giving a lift to a photographer whose bike suffered a flat tire.
"She was one of the nicest people I have ever met. And it was one of the most surreal experiences of my life,” said 27-year-old Splash News snapper James Ambler of his 30-minute car ride with the actress.
The London native had been following Jolie on his bicycle -- which allows him to easily move in and out of traffic -- when he accidentally ran over a nail.
"When I realized I'd got a puncture I thought I was going to lose her and not get any pictures."
"The next thing I know, Angelina's car is pulling over,” he said. “Angelina winds her window down and says 'Lance, why don't you jump in the car?'"
The 32-year-old A Mighty Heart star told him that she and her family were so impressed that he was able to keep up with the car, they had nicknamed him Lance after cyclist Lance Armstrong.
"She said, 'We love having you riding alongside us. You're always happy, always smiling. The kids enjoy watching you whizzing along on your bike.'”
Even after he’d climbed into the actress’ car, the photographer remained dumbstruck.
"I got in and said, 'This is so strange'," James recalled. "She just laughed and said, 'Well, it's a strange world we live in.'”
The snapper said Jolie was “really chatty” and asked him questions about himself and his job and where he was from.
She even told him she and boyfriend Brad Pitt, 43, don’t understand why they were such hot property and asked which one of them made the best picture.
"She said, 'Brad and I always wonder which one of us is the priority,'" James revealed.
"She said, 'We just don't understand why people always want to take our picture. We never go out drinking or anything like that.'”
"I just laughed and said 'Well, you are quite popular, Angelina. I don't know how you do it, smiling for the cameras all the time.”
"She just said it was part of the job.”
He concluded: "I think she took a bit of a shine to me. Brad better watch out!"

Angelina Says Her Weight Loss Is Attributed To Her Mother’s Death

Angelina Jolie is finally speaking out about her significant weight loss over the last several months.
At the NYC premiere of A Mighty Heart Wednesday night, Jolie, 32, told reporters that the reason she’s been shedding pounds is because she’s been grieving over the death of her mother, Marcheline Bertrand, who died of ovarian cancer in January.
"I've always been lean and this year I lost my mom and I've gone through a lot,” said the actress, who is currently in New York with boyfriend Brad Pitt, 43, and their children, Maddox, 5, Pax, 3, Zahara, 2, and one-year-old Shiloh.
"I have four kids and I finished breastfeeding – it's been hard to get my nutrition back on track."
Jolie sparked concern among fans earlier this year when her already thin frame grew even smaller and the veins on her arms started protruding. But she insists that vanity is not to blame for her shrinking figure.
"Instead of people saying I look like a person dealing with something emotionally, they assume it's because I want to fit into skinny jeans."
She added, "Someone saying to me that I'm thin is not a compliment.”

Aniston To Adopt
UPDATE: Contrary to a report claiming otherwise, Usmagazine.com has learned that Jennifer Aniston is not in the process of adopting a child. Though OK! Magazine's cover claims that Aniston was inspired by Sheryl Crow and new "boyfriend" Paul Sculfor to adopt, it just isn't so.Aniston's rep tells Us: "It is completely false. Jennifer has not met with any adoption agencies."

She reportedly didn't want to have kids with Brad Pitt, but Jennifer Aniston is now ready to adopt on her own, OK! magazine is reporting.
Aniston has been inspired by pal Sheryl Crow's recent adoption and has begun the process towards buying a tot of her own.
OK! has learned that Jen has met with the same adoption agency that helped Sheryl find her son and has already begun to fill out the reams of paperwork required to adopt a child.
"The process has 100 percent started," confirms the source at the adoption agency, who also reveals that Jen's will be a closed adoption, which means the Friends star will not have any interaction with the birth mother.

Mulroney And Keener Split

Usmagazine.com has learned that Dermot Mulroney filed for divorce from Catherine Keener on June 8 in Los Angeles Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences.
Mulroney, 43, and Keener, 48, met in 1987 while filming Survival Quest. They married in 1990 and have one son together, 7-year-old Clyde. In May 2005, months after their friends Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt split, the couple separated.
Since then, Mulroney and Keener, who was the romantic lead in last summer’s The 40-Year-Old Virgin, have remained in touch, co-producing the Sundance Grand Jury prize-winning documentary God Grew Tired of Us: The Story of Lost Boys of Sudan together.

Lindsay’s Bodyguard Tells All!

Lindsay Lohan had a "total death wish", says her former bodyguard - complete with coke binges, wrist cutting, sex with girls. She even fondled Mariah Carey!
The troubled actress, who is currently being treated for alcoholism and drug abuse in Malibu's Promises rehab center, is "out of control" and has reportedly tried to commit suicide.
Lindsay's ex-security guard Lee Weaver, who claims he quit because she was too dangerous to work for, revealed to the News of the World newspaper:
"I have looked after some of the wildest stars in Hollywood but have never seen anyone as out of control as Lindsay. She had a total death wish and took more drugs and drank more than anyone I've met.
"I lost count of the times I thought she was overdosing and had to carry her out of parties. Every morning I'd breathe a sigh of relief she was still alive.
"One night I looked at her wrists and hands and noticed they had bright red wounds all over them. She broke down and told me, 'I don't belong on this planet anymore.' She said she cut herself because she didn't think life was worth living."
Weaver - who has previously worked for Brad Pitt, Pamela Anderson and Robert Downey Jnr - also claims Lindsay, 20, joined Nicole Richie for cocaine binges.
He said: "One night Lindsay and Nicole laid a mirror taken from the bedroom and on a coffee table and emptied a mountain of coke onto it. They went at the stuff with straws hoovering it all up. I tried to tell Lindsay to stop. After ten hours, I had to carry her to the car."
Weaver also claims Lindsay experimented with lesbian sex, using women for "thrills".
He added: "I lost count of the women she took back to her hotel room from clubs. She used girls for thrills. I even saw her try to grope Mariah Carey's butt and boobs one night.
"At the start she seemed such a fun-loving angelic girl, but under the influence of drugs she was psychotic."

Pax Is A Pitt

Pax Thien Jolie is now officially Pax Thien Jolie-Pitt. Angelina Jolie's attorney made the formal motion to change Pax's name this morning, May 31, in a Santa Monica Court. There were no objections, so Judge Gerald Rosenberg granted the request.
Jolie's attorney would not comment on whether Brad Pitt had also begun formal adoption proceedings, in addition to having Pax, 3, take his last name. Pitt adopted both of Jolie's other non-biological children, Maddox, 5, and Zahara, 2. The couple have one biological child, Shiloh, who turned one on May 27.

Jordana Brewster Is Married

Jordana Brewster of The Fast and the Furious and producer Andrew Form were married over the weekend in the Caribbean, her rep tells PEOPLE.
Brewster, 27, wore a Vera Wang dress in Sunday's private ceremony on Nevis Island.
The couple met in 2005 when she was shooting The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning. Form, 38, was one of the producers.
"We started dating in secret – you know, hanging out in my trailer – because it would have been unprofessional otherwise," Brewster told InStyle Weddings in its spring issue.
"But every day, Andrew wore these work boots to the set, and if I was lying down in the shot or there was equipment in the way, I'd look for his shoes. It was comfortable just to know he was nearby."
Form proposed on their one-year anniversary, giving her a 3.2-carat emerald-cut diamond and platinum ring.
Brewster, who also starred in 2006's Annapolis, will next play the lead in the pilot of Mr. & Mrs. Smith, a TV adaptation of the 2005 Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie film.

Brad And Angelina Buy A Yacht

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have reportedly commissioned a 280-foot-long Italian luxury yacht for $268 million. The yacht will have a swimming pool, a heliport, and a submarine, and is expected for delivery in 2009.
There's conflicting reports about how much the yacht actually costs (between $140 to $268 million), but all the numbers sound way too high. Even combined I don't think Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are worth that much. And if they are, after the yacht they'll have, oh, about zero dollars left.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt Want to Adopt for the 4th Time

Angelina Jolie is planning to adopt for the fourth time, it has been claimed.
The actress - who recently adopted Vietnamese son Pax Thien, and also has a Cambodian son Maddox and Ethiopian daughter Zahara - reportedly wants to adopt a girl from Chad to "balance the family".
A source discussing Angelina's family - which also consists of Cambodian son Maddox, Ethiopian daughter Zahara and Angelina's natural daughter Shiloh with lover Brad Pitt - said: "Angelina and Brad want to make sure Zahara doesn't feel alienated as the only black face in their family.
"She feels the children need a balance of faces in their life."
Angelina is said to have fallen in love with a one-year-old girl from Oure Cassoni and asked her lawyers to begin the adoption process.
The source added to Britain's News of the World newspaper: "She is hoping to have her daughter home by the summer." Angelina, 31, recently hinted that she wanted to have a balanced family.
She said: "Should you balance the races, so there's another African person in the house for Zahara, after another Asian person in the house for Mad? We think so.
"Shiloh has Brad and me to look at."
Meanwhile, three-year-old Pax's mother Pham Thu Dung, 29, has spoken of her heartache at losing her son.
Dung said: "He is better off with a movie star because I am not a good mother. I wasn't able to take care of my baby, I left him."
Pax was abandoned in hospital when he was two days old because Dung couldn't afford to pay his $30 medical bill.
She added: "My dream is that one day he'll visit me and call me mother. But it's only a dream. I know it is impossible."

Jolie And Sons Are On Their Way Home

Angelina Jolie left Vietnam early Wednesday afternoon with her newly adopted son, Pax Thien, who had been issued a US passport and immigration visa a day earlier.
Jolie's departure wrapped up a week-long visit in which she picked up 3-year-old Pax (formerly named Pham Quang Sang) from a Ho Chi Minh City orphanage and later flew to Hanoi to finalize his US immigration process.
"Her plane took off at 1:45 p.m. for Kansai City in Japan," said Chu Van Nguyet, deputy director of Noi Bai Airport Authority's office.
"All of her three children, security guards and assistants were on the plane," Nguyet said.
Her final destination was believed to be the US, where Jolie is expected to join partner Brad Pitt, and introduce him to the new member of their fast-growing family.
Jolie's latest adoption brings her international family with Pitt to four children. Pitt was reportedly under contract to a movie in Los Angeles and could not be with Jolie to pick-up the latest addition.

Angelina Has Now Made It Final

Angelina Jolie is a proud new mom once again, now that her adoption of a 3-year-old Vietnamese boy is official, Jolie's rep tells PEOPLE exclusively.
The boy's name is Pax Thien Jolie, born in November 2003, according to the orphanage where he has lived. His name means Peaceful Sky – Pax is peace in Latin and Thien is sky in Vietnamese.
Jolie's rep says she took custody of the child on Thursday in Vietnam. They will remain in the country for about a week while the child's American passport is processed, the rep says.
The boy had been living at the Tam Binh orphanage outside Ho Chi Minh City ever since he was abandoned at a hospital as a baby, according to adoption officials. Shortly after he arrived at the facility, staff attempted to locate his birth parents, but to no avail.
Jolie went to the orphanage Thursday morning with her 5-year-old son Maddox, whom she adopted in Cambodia in 2002. Jolie's companion Brad Pitt did not accompany them to Vietnam.
"Brad very much wanted to be there but is under contract working on a film in Los Angeles and as a result couldn't go," Trevor Neilson, Jolie's adviser on international affairs, tells PEOPLE.
About two dozen children in traditional ao dai formal garb greeted them and offered flowers at the orphanage. Jolie left carrying the boy to a waiting van.
"He is in good health," orphanage director Nguyen Van Trung told the Associated Press, adding that the boy gets along with the other children and likes playing soccer. "He is a little bit shy."
Trung also said Jolie's adoption was swiftly processed because the boy is older and his files were already nearly complete.
Because Vietnamese law makes it difficult for unmarried couples to adopt, Jolie applied solo – but she and Pitt together will welcome their new Vietnamese child to their family, which along with Maddox includes Zahara, 2, and 10-month-old Shiloh. The adoption was a "process that began shortly after Shiloh was born [in May]," a source told PEOPLE in a recent cover story.
As for why Vietnam was selected in the first place, Jolie has traveled extensively in Southeast Asia and has visited the country at least twice – including, with Pitt, last Thanksgiving.
After adopting Maddox from Cambodia and Zahara from Ethiopia, she mused to Good Morning America in December that it might be a good idea to "balance the races so there's another African person in the house for Z [and] another Asian person in the house for Mad."

Angelina Arrives In Vietnam To Pick Up Her New Son

Angelina Jolie arrived in Ho Chi Minh City on Wednesday, in the company of her son Maddox, to adopt a boy from Vietnam.
Though the Associated Press reports that the actress is picking up her 4-year-old son this weekend, sources tell Usmagazine.com that she might collect her new child as soon as tonight.
Jolie is scheduled to attend an adoption ceremony with Vietnamese officials in HMC City on Thursday morning, the officials told the AP, speaking on condition of anonymity because they are not authorized to speak about the matter.
After she receives the child, Jolie will meet with U.S. consular officials, who must review the adoption before a passport can be issued for the boy.
If all goes according to plan, the 31-year-old actress could bring the child home by the weekend, officials told the AP.
The boy has been living at the Tam Binh orphanage on the outskirts of Ho Chi Minh City since he was abandoned at a hospital as an infant, according to adoption officials.
Shortly after he arrived at the orphanage, the Tam Binh staff tried unsuccessfully to locate the boy's birth parents.
The boy is healthy, friendly and a little bit shy, they said. He gets along well with other children and loves to play soccer.
The swiftness of the adoption comes as somewhat of a surprise, as earlier this week Vu Duc Long, Head of the Bureau of International Adopted Children, said that Jolie wouldn't receive the official notice which allows her to claim the child until next month, and therefore couldn't take the child home until April.
However, Long has admitted that Jolie's adoption case is being processed more quickly than most because "a celebrated person is certainly treated a little bit different from others."
Jolie filed adoption papers as a single parent, because she and partner Brad Pitt, 43, are not married.

Angelina’s Son Will Be Home Soon

A "shy" 3 1/2-year-old Vietnamese boy will be joining the Jolie-Pitt clan in a few weeks. A Vietnamese official says Angelina Jolie's adoption application is being processed quickly and should be finished by March 31. Vu Duc Long, director of Vietnam's International Adoption Department says Angelina can pick up the child anytime after the application is approved.
The child has been at the Tam Binh orphanage since he was abandoned as a baby at a Ho Chi Minh City hospital. "He is in good health," says orphanage director, Nguyen Van Trung. "He is a little bit shy." He also loves to play soccer, added Trung. It looks like Brad Pitt's dream of starting his own soccer team is already coming true!

Angelina’s New Baby On The Way

Now that adoption officials have confirmed that Angelina Jolie, 31, is adopting a 4-year-old son from Vietnam, the question remains: When will the world get to meet the newest Jolie-Pitt?
The latest addition to Brad Pitt and Angelina's posse may be moving into the couple's $3.5 million New Orleans mansion sooner than you think.
The adoption procedure takes no more than four months, says Nguyen Cong Khanh, the deputy head of the country's International Adoption Department.
And the A-list actress won't be given any preferential treatment.
"[Jolie] will have to follow procedure like any other American," Vu Duc Long, head of the Ministry of Justice for Vietnam, tells Us.
Still, it's not out of the ordinary to speed up the adoption process when celebs are involved, à la Madonna's scandal with baby David Banda in October.
And there may be an added incentive to rush things along.
"She promised to give $2 million to the Tam Binh orphanage on the very day she receives the child," a Vietnamese insider tells Us. Of note: The actual adoption fee is only about $125. (Jolie's rep didn't respond to a request for comment; Pitt's rep had no comment.)

Angelina Applies To Adopt Again

Angelina Jolie has applied to adopt a Vietnamese boy from an orphanage she visited last Thanksgiving with partner Brad Pitt, a government official confirmed Friday. The boy, said to be 3-4 years old, will be the third adopted child in the fast-growing Jolie-Pitt brood, which also includes the Hollywood couple's 9-month-old biological daughter, Shiloh.
Jolie filed adoption forms with the International Adoption Department under Vietnam's Ministry of Justice on Thursday, according to Vu Duc Long, director of the department.
Pitt's name is not on the application, according to Long.
The boy, whose name is being withheld, lives at Tam Binh Orphanage in Ho Chi Minh City, where the couple spent Thanksgiving last November passing out toys to the children.
The adoption paperwork could take as long as four months to be approved, Long said.
"We will consider her letter and complete necessary procedures without any special privileges," Long said.
However, he did say that Jolie would likely be able to simply fly in and pick up her new son because the US-based adoption agency she works with has an office in Ho Chi Minh City to handle the paperwork.
If the adoption is approved, the Vietnamese-born future Jolie-Pitt will be joining an international family of 5-year-old Maddox, born in neighbouring Cambodia; Zahara, age 2, from Ethiopia, as well as baby Shiloh, who was born in Namibia last May.

The top 100 Sex Symbols will be revealed tonight on Channel 4, but to stop you having to actually sit through it, we’ll tell you the full top ten now:
1 Angelina Jolie
2 Elvis Presley
3 Marilyn Monroe
4 Beyonce Knowles

Angelina Will Marry Brad

Angelina Jolie has allegedly made a promise to her dying mother that she will wed boyfriend Brad Pitt.
Both Pitt and Jolie were reportedly by Marcheline Bertrand's bedside when she lost her seven year battle with ovarian cancer January 27 at the Cedars Sinai Medical Center in LA
Jolie is reported to have made the pledge hours before her mother passed away.
A source close to the family told the Sunday Express, "Marcheline held Angie's hand and told her, 'You marry that man. He's an angel sent to look after you.' "Marcheline almost looked on him as a son.
She thought the world of him and was constantly nagging Angie to 'wed that man'."
The friend adds, "Brad has never stopped trying to push (Jolie) down the aisle but she's always resisted, saying that it's the children who legally bind them together. Now she'll make good on her death bed promise."

Brad Pitt’s Crazy Past

Brad Pitt has revealed his secret past as a chauffeur for strippers in Hollywood.
The actor says that the job helped him on the road to success after a chance meeting with one girl.
He told Newsweek: "My job was to drive them to bachelor parties and things. I'd pick them up, and at the gig I'd collect the money, play the bad Prince tapes and catch the girls' clothes. It was not a wholesome atmosphere, and it got very depressing."
"This girl – I'd never met her before – was in an acting class taught by a man named Roy London.
I went and checked it out, and it really set me on the path to where I am now."
What a way to change your life, and then go from Jennifer Aniston to Angelina Jolie.
Those lucky strippers!
